Inspiration
CM showed the album of carefully curated makeup inspiration photos she had prepared for the team.
"Oooo I like that one." Dandy had selected a well-blended pearlescent two-tone eyeshadow look, created by makeup artist harsby.
They arranged for the purple area in the photo to be pink and the pink area to be blue. CM selected the appropriate makeup brushes and labeled them with Dandy's name.
"I was thinking since you usually wear blush and lipstick, that we could do something there with the hot pink," CM suggested.
"Actually, that's a common misconception. I don't actually wear blush -- my cheeks are naturally just flushed."
"Saves us time I guess," CM stammered, embarrassed. She texted the image to Flo and Lightning. Whichever member between the three was ready first would do Dandy's makeup.
Initially, CM had planned to glue blue and pink artificial flowers to Dandy's cheeks, but the flowers were too heavy and wouldn't stick. Instead, Azzy glued the flowers to hair clips so Dandy could wear them in her hair.
That night, Azzy, Lightning, EllieS, and CM used clean, disposable q-tips to swatch each color in the MiAo palettes and label the shades which match their skin tones best.
CM went over how to sanitarily use the palettes by using the clean tip of a brush to scrape the pressed eyeshadows into each dancer's personal makeup plate. In no case should one dip a used tool or their fingers into the shadows, nor blow on any loose dust in the compacts.
CM made sure to regularly disinfect the entire surface area of the cartridge with alcohol and occasionally scrape off the top layer and properly sanitize the shadows just in case.
The morning of, Dandy was scheduled as the main driver, shuttling groups of people and equipment to the scene. The first group scheduled to commute was Flo, Kai, and EllieS -- who were in charge of setting up the film site. The second group would be Lightning, CM, and Azzy.
It was Lightning who was able to do the honors and do Dandy's makeup before her first trip while Flo and CM did their own. The schedule was as follows:

At Dandy's residence, Dandy & Azzy make breakfast for everyone.

Flo & CM do their own makeup, while Lightning does Dandy's.

While Dandy shuttles group 1 to the film location, CM, Lightning and Azzy continue on to do their own makeup.

Dandy picks up the remaining members. Upon arrival to the film site, CM does Kai's makeup. Flo does EllieS'.
This interweaving schedule was perfectly compact... Although since it was MiAo's first time doing makeup on each other, the morning routine leaked into the afternoon, and time ran over by 2 hours.
During a post-meetup conversation about makeup, Dandy raved about CM's product selection for the team.
"Holy shit I love that lipstick, first time wearing lip that sticks!" Dandy exclaimed.
"The brand is Bite Beauty and they only make lipsticks, so I swear by them!" CM replied." Unfortunately, I'm allergic to the fruit extracts in them, So I am getting rid of all of mine. I’ll give them to you!"
